The first time Johnny Rockets appeared on a Royal Caribbean ship was in 1999 onboard Voyager of the Seas.

Johnny Rockets offers a fast food style menu, i.e burgers, hotdogs, fries, milkshakes etc in a 50’s diner style setting. There is an additional charge to eat in Johnny Rockets. When I was last onboard a ship it was $9.95 per person but I have heard this has recently risen to $12. It also varies between ships so this is information you will have to find out when you are onboard. However it is well worth the cost and food is unlimited. Some of the larger newer ships offer a complimentary breakfast in Johnny Rockets but get there early it gets very busy.
